As you may know the Fourth High Level Forum (HLF4) on Aid Effectiveness is less than seven months away. It will take place in Busan, South Korea from 29 November - 1 December, preceded by civil society organisations' pre-activities forum 26-28 Novemeber.

This year CIVICUS: World Alliance for Citizen Participation is helping to co-ordinate the selection process for NGO representation and we need your voice in Busan. It's vital for civil society to have a strong presence at this forum. To be able to participate in HLF4 as a CSO participant, you MUST fill in and send your application before May 8, 2011!

How the process will work:

•Deadline for application is 8 May and applications should be sent to applicationhlf4@betteraid.org or faxed to: +632 9276981
•A list for accredited official participation will be released to the CSO Open Forum website on 22 May
